Construction and Housing in order to finance better housing projects (renovation, construction, upgrading, fight against energy poverty, etc.) carried out by associations, landowners or other competent organizations.

SISTA is an NGO whose mission is to reduce the financing gap between men and women entrepreneurs.
SISTA supports female entrepreneurs, helps investment funds diversify their portfolios and produces data on women in tech. The start-up ecosystem serving women entrepreneurs!

Nature In Occitania
Nature En Occitanie (NEO) is an association under the 1901 law, approved for environmental protection (environment ministry approval).
Its actions are mostly carried out with financial support and in partnership with institutional decision-makers and local authorities.
Recognized as being of general interest, its objective is the protection and enhancement of regional natural heritage, the pillars of which revolve around 4 major actions: Knowledge, awareness, alert and awareness.
Coline SINQUIN, native of Cathar lands, grew up between Toulouse, Ariège and Tarn. When OMEDOM was created, there were family heirlooms. These real estate properties are located on these Occitan lands.
CS: Heritage can be movable, real estate, family, financial...but nowadays, natural heritage is a major issue that we bequeath to following generations. It's all about legacy.
With OMEDOM, it wishes to share its values of transmission and heritage with the NEO association (Nature en Occitanie), to participate collectively in the conservation of our territories: preservation of biodiversity, protection of protected species...where the nature takes back its rights.
Our engagements
OMEDOM carries values of sharing and transmission. This is the heart of OMEDOM. Thus, we humbly participate in facilitating the transmission of goods. But it does not stop there. We are sensitive to the environmental and social issues in the world around us.
